This is the worst place for getting packages that I have seen. The package says "out for delivery" and the mailman comes, no package. This happened twice, the first time the mailman wouldn't stop the second he went to check and there it was. The one that said "out for delivery" has still not arrived and been waiting since the 11th for it. It says delivered which if it was we still wouldn't be waiting and the company states that since it says delivered they won't refund or resend package. We never have the same mailman due to this being a training route, I wish that they would bring Bob back, he is the only one that cared.
