Dropped a package off into their indoor secured collection bin. The package was insured and required a signature. It just disappeared. No initial acceptance scan or anything.

Horrible postal location. Sent packages here with Signature Confirmation. The person wasn't available, so instead of trying again the next day or leaving a notice, they marked the package "insufficient address" and "return to sender", which is awfully lazy of them. The address was indeed correct, because other packages to the same address that did NOT require a delivery signature were delivered just fine.
