My neighbors and myself are asking why are mail arriving later since you are now delivery packages from amazon? I know that UPS stopped delivery and USPS is delivering now. Other residents on Gaut Rd are also not happy with late delivery times. I suggest you add one of your employees due nothing but deliver packages so that the regular mail can arrive at a decent time, last week one of package did not arrive until 6:20pm, I find that completely unacceptable. Customer service should come first, one unhappy customer.
