I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Janice at the Crooked Hill Road post office. I walked in there last night at 6:00PM with nearly 40 letters that had to be sent out by certified mail. Janice was very pleasant, patient and kind. She went above and beyond and make the experience as smooth as possible even though it took her nearly an hour to process everything. She needs to be commended for EXCELLENT customer service. In this day and age, service like that is very rare. Thank you JANICE!
