Horrible to deal with, wont answer phone just automated message system that always leads to key not valid message trying to reach a person, mail showing as delivered but not actually being delivered with a time before the post office even gets to your area. Tried calling local po gets you nowhere to find out whats going on in cases like this and the 1800 number is even worse with 30 to 50 minute wait times. I'd like someone to explain to me why with such poor service the usps can have the gall to up their prices, their service was bad before but worse and more expensive now.
