Today I was at your location and was treated very rude. I gave her 3 identical envelopes to put postage on and she told me 1 of the 3 was more postage than the other 2. So I asked her, how can 1 cost more if they are all the same? and next thing I know she is telling me she does not want to do business with me, take my mail back. I explained to her I was not arguing with her, I just didn't get it. Then she tells me if I want to continue then stop the "chit chat" I then nicely tried to tell her I was not blaming her in any way and then again she tells me she does not want to do business with me a second time and then gives me the no "chit chat" again. I would not be surprised if my envelopes ended up in the garbage.
