My first issue is with the mail we receive/don't receive! Based on USPS Daily Digest I expected to receive a mail article from IRS on Monday. It's now 7:15 PM on Thursday and I still don't have it! This has happened many times in the past. Also, frequently I have to deliver our neighbors' mail that is placed in our mail box! My next problem is that Clerk and his associate(s) seem to never have time to answer the phone. I know they have to work non-stop, and they do a great job! But if USPS cannot afford for their employees to have some 'free' time for answering the phone, then why do they publish a phone number! Very disappointing! :-(
