Been at the same address for 19 years, dover post master person decided I moved and left no forward and returned my item to the sender.

Been waiting all day for a couple packages to be delivered and at 5:30 I got up to turn on a light. Went out to mailbox and had a failed delivery slip in the mailbox that had time as "NOW", I have been sitting downstairs, by the door and no one knocked or rang the door bell. This is why I will pay extra for UPS or FedEx at least they attempt to do their job and not falsify a failed delivery.
