I've been shipping items from the Charlotte area for 5 years now. This location is consistent about one thing. Unless you hand your mail to the person at the counter, they will never scan your package. It doesn't matter how big or how small it. Every time I put a package in their outgoing box, the package never gets scans. I mean never! It doesn't even get scanned at the local distribution center. It usually gets scanned in the receiver's state. Sadly, this is one of the few Charlotte locations with a "WORKING" slot for bigger packages. Strong emphasis on working.
