If you're going to tell customers that you are going to hold their mail, and we will have to pick it up don't return the mail to sender. If the customer needs to get a p.o box in let them know that instead of just saying we will hold it then return it to sender, that is very unprofessional. When I do get a p.o box it won't be at this location.
