It would be nice to see the following changes made to a federally owned entity. First let's define that federally owned would mean the tax prayers own this facility due to the fact that this facility is bought and paid for by federal tax monies. Next, the issues that need fixed. 1. Someone managing this facility needs to be someone with care and understanding for federal laws; not policy, regulations, or mandates. None of those things can supersede law. PLEASE REREAD THIS AGAIN 2. Whomever is to manage this facility should be logistically sound and understand how to be efficient in their utilization of both funds and personnel. 3. The person/s managing this facility should set up the ability for all phone calls to be answered and answered promptly. 4. The person/s managing this facility should be willing able to be held accountable for their shortcomings in mismanagement. 5. The person/s managing this facility should not ever their ethical boundaries in any case professionally speaking. I currently find whomever is running this facility to be missing everything list above. Therefore, I fully recommend they be fired and replaced with someone of substance that can uphold these things listed above.
