We live in rural iowa city and in the past month our mail delivery has been missed about 4 times. We put mail out in the morning and the next morning the flag is still up on our box. In the 23 years that we’ve lived here, this past year has been the worst for mail service. We send bill, cards and general correspondence and cannot depend on it to be picked up daily. Please respond as our postal rates continue to rise, but the service has definitely declined.
