Decatur Post Office

I had filed a complaint about an issue and received a voicemail message from the Decatur, GA post office (30030) who sounded helpful. However, when I tried to call back as per instructions, no one ever answered the phone. I have been trying to call for the past several days, always during business hours, and every time I would go through the automated system until I would get the option for a representative, and then it would just say that no one was available and then hang up on me.
