I have been on hold for 40 minutes now. I am still waiting for someone to assist me. My package was not delivered and USPS would not allow me to put delivery instructions even though I have informed delivery. I need this package ASAP as it is very time-sensitive. ALL I need to know is if they currently have my package so I can go pick it up. That's it. But they won't even give me the chance to tell them that.
