I have gone into this branch twice in the past couple of months with this morning the most recent. Both times I was completely lost and had no idea how to proceed with my mailing needs. Both times I was fortunate enough to have Tracie wait on me at the counter. I can honestly say that she provided the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable customer service that I’ve received at any business. She is a gem and she deserves whatever accolades that the post offices bestows upon their top performers. Well done Miss Tracie.
