There is always just 1 person behind the counter no matter how busy - I complained to the main post office which promised to make changes but they also need to work on the attitudes of the folks there. The women who work the counter are the rudest out there. If you dislike your job that much find another but stop treating customers like we disturb you. You are working a counter there to help customers.
