I dread coming to HR USPS. Perpetually understaffed, lethargic and painfully slow. I plan to avoid whenever I can but sometimes I can’t and for the prices you charge your service is terrible. Your throughput is laughable. Often the only guy on duty goes to the back for 10 minutes to search for stuff. I’d love to speak to whomever the postmaster is. Been in line 23 minutes. 2 people helped so far and a line out the door. Might have to give up or miss my upcoming apt.
I am 82 years and have never been so frustrated trying to contact you About 50 phone calls and then a typed message Which I typed and hit the send button but got no indication that it went to Tom. A very important message that i am trying to send.
