The change address app is nearly impossible to use. Have tried three times today without success. Questions about occupants do not allow couples with different names to change both addresses simultaneously. And the checkout ambiguously asks for an address connected to the credit card used, new or old address. Tried to do this a month ago amidst our move and just gave up. I’d come down to do it in person but doubt that there be anyone with the ability to get this done.
