Our mail carrier which is subcontracted continuously delivers our mail to the wrong box 2 times now, we have had other people try to activate our credit cards and use them, extremely upset about this!
I just want to thank the managers on duty, especially Raul, for their help getting my packages to me. They went over and above what I expected.
My mail, containing medication through home delivery, was left on the top of the mail box; no other mail was located inside the box. A passer by saw the mail and brought it to my front door. Please address this incident to prevent any future problems.
When will someone be in next to take a passport photo? No one there tues 714/20.
