I am calling and a staff member picks up the phone and holds it never saying a word. When I say something they hang up, poor customer service. I refuse to believe this is happening because the store is busy they literally answer the phone and hang on the line before ending the call. Nothing will probably be done to their staff for their lack of professionalism and most importantly lack of customer care. After all, they didn't even leave anything in my mailbox saying I missed a delivery I had to find out through the tracker and the notification from the sender.
